Everlast Gates entails an intensive process of custom gate designs and entry systems. This is to facilitate an organized flow of a project and to make sure that our customers understand every process involved and the required budget.

Property Consultation – To understand the extent of work involved in your project, it is crucial to start with a review of any fundamental design ideas and set a budget. The location of your property, the parameters of your driveway, and additional pedestrian gates (when necessary) are some of the things to look into. Based on the initial consultation, we are able to identify materials such as iron, wood, or glass that can suit your design ideas.

Written Proposal – once the preliminary assessment of your preferred gate design is done, our team will establish a proposal. Using a holistic approach, we will consider every aspect of your property to ensure the final product complements both design and function. The proposal also includes the cost of materials, the number of motors, the wiring required for automating the gate, and the control devices needed for installation. The written proposal is subject to reviews and changes once presented to you.

Review and Modifications – Once the proposal is presented, we will review every detail of the project to ensure a mutual understanding between both parties. We are open to changes especially if it benefits the project and your security. Then we will set a timeline for every phase of the project. Every completed phase will be assessed and should there be necessary changes, we will work through them until you are satisfied.
